Check-in and Check-out

  • Weekend: Friday 3 PM to Sunday 5 PM
  • Midweek: Monday 3 PM to Friday 12 PM
  • Week: Monday 3 PM to Sunday 5 PM

Check-in or check-out times can be adjusted upon consultation with the operator.

Cancellation by the Tenant

  • Cancellations must be communicated to the owner via email, after which you will receive a cancellation confirmation.
  • For cancellations up to the 30th day before the start of the stay, there are no cancellation fees.
  • For cancellations between the 30th day and the 14th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 25% of the rental sum.
  • For cancellations after the 14th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental sum.
  • From 48 hours before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.
  • The guest list must be forwarded at least 3 days before arrival. Pastorie Liezele is an accommodation that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Booking Assignment and Payments

  • Each booking is confirmed by the owner via email.
  • Within 5 days of receiving this booking confirmation, a deposit of 33% of the rental sum (rounded to a whole number) is paid.
  • The remainder of the rental sum + the cleaning cost of 100 euros + the deposit of 500 euros are paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period.
  • For bookings within 30 days before the start of the rental period, the total rental sum + the cleaning cost of 100 euros + the deposit of 500 euros are paid.
  • The deposit is refunded within a week after departure, following inspection.
  • In case of late payment of the deposit and/or balance of the rental sum + deposit, the owner is entitled to cancel the booked period for the rental of the holiday home. The cancellation conditions as described then apply.

Cancellation by the Landlord

If circumstances or a case of force majeure – which make the property unavailable – force the owner to cancel, the tenant will be immediately notified and the owner will refund the amount already paid. The tenant has no other right than to reclaim the entire paid amount.

House Rules

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • General smoking ban throughout the accommodation.
  • No (bachelor) parties allowed.
  • The infrastructure of the house is exclusively intended for paying guests.
  • Frying, fondue, stone grilling, or using a raclette device, etc. is prohibited.
  • Before departure: close windows and doors and leave the accommodation tidy.
